8. You also state “SPA customers are friendly and discriminating - they don’t waste their time writing reviews.” I am confused by this. Are you saying they don’t write reviews because they all have positive experiences or...? I say this because several of the reviews Left were in fact from SPA customers and those SPA customers did also have bad experiences as did myself. Some reviews were positive though.
4. My friend did speak of wanting her money back but does not live in the area like I do therefore she did not have time to waste going back.
I'm very picky about how my car looks. I wouldn't trust my cat to anyone other than Spa Car Wash. Spectacular job every time! And, they are amazing to watch.....
He annoyingly tells me he will go in and look at the cameras and I ask if I can join him. He snaps back with an "absolutely not". As rude as I will get in this review I think it's safe to assume the owner went inside, used the bathroom, and took a bite of a donut then came back out where he then claimed "nope! Didn't happen here" "workers said it was already like that" "It must of happened at tiresplus" "TiresPlus is really shady about their service" Which leaves me sitting there going yeah of course it didn't. Now honestly. Let's think... would TiresPlus really pass a vehicle with a gigantic crack down the windshield? Unlikely. Plus. The crack wasn't there when I picked the truck up.
I took my vehicle next door to TiresPlus for my state inspection and emissions. I went to pick it up and IMMEDIATELY drove it 10 yards into Spa car wash next door. My car came out. I hopped in it and noticed something weird. As I pulled into the street I focused in on the windshield and the entire windshield is cracked all the way down the middle. So I think "ok not a big deal I'll just turn around and show them what happened." I immediately turn back around and head into the car wash. The owner Chris Debbis is standing with the employees at the side of the car wash and I approach him and he immediately without hesitation says "Yeah, What now?" Perplexed, I could only assume he knew of the problem I had because why else would he act this way? I show him the crack and he responds with an attitude denying everything. I show him the receipt of when I paid for my inspection and when I drove to his wash and paid for the washing service. (About a 3 minute difference) he doesn't even want to look at what I'm showing him.
1. My friend as well as myself have better things to do then to sit around on the Internet writing reviews but sadly the experience that my friend and I had received was not a good one. Like I said, it happens. I myself have had customers leave bad reviews. The world isn’t perfect.
Honestly. I'm not worried about a $120 windshield replacement cost. I'm worried about a problem that clearly happened between the time my car was driven into the car wash and the time it exited, how it is addressed and to a customer that had been coming here for so long.
Very upscale car wash. Besides a good car wash they offer detailing and other car spa stuff. Staff is nice.
11. Do not fear! I will heed my advice and stay as far away as possible from SPA Car Wash and I will also tell all of my friends and family to do the same!

A considerate owner would address the issue and handle it professionally. Not irately. Even if he didn't agree. So so much for coming here for 10+ years. I still have a wash booklet I purchased with 2 washes left. You are better off going to the wash in Wayne. Newer equipment (I'm sure the owner will chime in and say it's not because that's what he does best. Deny) This car wash can claim to wash 5 million Maseratis, lamborghinis, ferraris every day all it wants but that doesn't change the rude and disgusting behavior.
My family and I have been coming here for YEARS! Not 4 or 5 years but 10+ years. They have washed all of my vehicles without any problems ever. But the time I do have one simple problem which is about a $120 fix on my vehicle, the owner snaps at me. He has some serious issues. Just read the comments on here. He is in immediate denial mode.
Been going here for many years. Changed hands a few times. I buy books of washes and enjoy a clean car. I am slightly (very ) anal about my car wash. I remind them every time not to use the scrub brush on my vehicle unless the car is wet. This time I told them not to use the scrub brush at all. They did and I lost it. First they leave the brush on the ground (bad idea) and without the car wet it will scratch the car and leave swirl marks. Also, my last 10 washes they forgot to do my tire shine 50% of the time. I have to remind them before I leave. They do it but why do I have to remind them? Anyway I get annoyed before I show up so I will take a sane approach and find another car wash. To expensive for services rendered.

My friend got her car washed this past week and I accompanied her. Rude staff, car came out dirty, and the interior wasn’t thoroughly vacuumed. Stay away.
10. Back to past customer reviews. You did tell one customer he was banned from your facility. That is not how a business owner as myself would handle that situation but that is your prerogative. So to me that is rude of you and frankly on the cusp of a discriminatory law suit. Why do I know this? Because I am an attorney. A customer had a bad experience, you didn’t like them voicing their free American opinion and in that you ban them? Makes sense?
6. You claim “Our real customers... they know we fix anything people are not satisfied with” - is confusing to me as it seems one customer In the reviews did return with a problem and it was not fixed. On the contrary, according to the customer it seems as if it was handled atrociously and that you yourself did not handle it professionally but that is between you and that customer.
5. I read through the past reviews of your facility since you hinted at them and I am not the only one to have a negative experience at your facility. Again, this happens in the business world!

Honestly. If the owner just came out and looked at my receipts and said yano what this all does make some sense and I'm really sorry how would you like us to handle it? I would have just told him it's not a problem and left. But for the way he acted with his cursing is the reason I am leaving this comment.
2. The car exited the wash with tree sap on it. I can accept the fact that maybe it is hard for an automated wash system to perfectly remove tree sap every time but it was also overlooked during the drying process so in that I hold the car wash as a whole responsible. Were the big wavy brush things that drag along the car covered in sap from another car?
I am not interested in discussing any incidences that you and other customers have had quarrels with but since you claim this is the second bad review in the past week maybe that should be a clue to you that business is maybe not in fact as beautiful as you may think it may be. That is ok though! I am a business owner myself and that is sadly but at the same time the beauty of the game. I must inform you that one does not have to be a direct cash handing customer to report on an unsatisfactory experience at a business. That should answer your confusion about me not being a customer.
My incident happened about a year or two ago but looks like my review disappeared. Reading the owners rude and brash responses to customer complaints should answer any questions you have about this place and or his character.
7. One review I found that a customer had left reported on the arrogant behavior of the lady at the front desk and that is exactly what prompted me to include that in my review. Was it the same lady that the other customer complained of or was it someone different? That I do not know. She was not friendly to me thus I am fully entitled to leave my opinion.
So let me clear this up for you.
3. The crevasse’s around the shift knob, vents, and cup holders all had dust around the areas where they snap into the console. This is something I was able to wipe off with my hand. As to why your employees were not able to do this is interesting to me.
