Love the inside unit. Easy to back car up. Works well in all weather! Thanks to Carol for always helping with my questions, box selection, etc Nice person, deserves an award for good customer service! To those looking to rent, this place wins the prize! Nice building, great location, nice people at front desk, good hours.
If we could give this place 0 stars we would. The actual staff here is lovely and helpful but....THIS IS THE WORST STORAGE FACILITY!!! For several weeks main garage door remained open. HUGE security issue. I actually saw a person wondering throughout facility during one of my visits to collect our stuff which was a big concern. The staff in the office had no say in getting things fixed. They themselves were very frustrated as customers complained to them. They said they were told there was no money in the budget. The carts were all broken ( they advertise they offer carts) for several weeks. When we contacted the district manager Matthew Wood he said he would refund 1/2 month rent while they got things fixed but he never did. I left multiple follow up messages for him. Even with the main Public storage number. We finally moved our stuff out. They continued to charge us for the next months rent and refused to return our calls. We took photos and are filing a complaint with the Better Business bureau. It's disgusting that they can get away with this type of operation. Matthew should be ashamed of himself.
I have a unit here for a while and I have to give a 5 star to rosemary there was an uncomfortable and very upset customer in there and rosemary wow what a job she defused the issue and had the customer happy and laughing she really does know how to get people to calm down and has a way to make them happy..
The manager Carol is the nicest, most patient person! I say hello when I go to my unit and she is always in a great mood and provides excellent customer service! Always so helpful. Wonderful lady, not what you usually find behind the desk at these places. We've rented at 3 different places in the last 5 years and this one was the nicest, cleanest, easiest to get our boxes in and out of. Their hand trucks make it so easy, as does the design of their drive up dock. I wouldn't rent any place else because of Carol and the facility's ease of use!
She is really one of the best I seen at this location.
Rosemary is absolutely a great employee I had a wonderful experience with her she has help me tremendously. She answered all my questions and concerns, she also help me find a great storage unit for everything. I would defiantly recommend her to anyone I know. She is very polite and professional.
